Our hardware configuration includes multiple IBM AS/400s (System i), Sun Microsystems and Intel/AMD processors, NCR/Unisys-compatible transports, firewalls, routers, servers, substantial communications facilities and all related peripherals. When we receive your current backup tapes, they are stored in a secure, permanent vault. Alternatively, data stored via our Online Data Protection backup and recovery service, is stored in our onsite secure SAN unit and is available for immediate restoration. Annual tests are performed to ensure that your system operates properly, and the results of these tests are documented for your assurance and that of management and auditors. Practice makes perfect and our goal is to keep your downtime to a minimum.
