To assist those customers who utilize the online data protection backup service, Baseline Data Services provides a weekly email notification which summarizes the amount of space on the vault being consumed by their organization’s data. This summary can be used to evaluate potential increases in size of data being stored to the vault and then adjust the backup tasks accordingly.

In an effort to avoid any overage fees, which can be incurred after exceeding the storage plan size, customers are encouraged to perform File Maintenance and delete unnecessary files or test files. This will reduce the chance of incurring overage fees.
