Complete Disaster Recovery Services

At our hot-site in Indianapolis, we have in-house technicians dedicated to recovery assistance. Our personnel have years of experience with a wide range of operating systems. In fact, our team is one of the most important factors when comparing us to other disaster recovery providers. We are completely accessible when a situation occurs, and our delivery on promises -- and 100% recovery success rate -- help us retain satisfied customers.

Our hardware configuration includes IBM iSeries, Unisys Clearpath, Sun Solaris, high-speed transports, firewalls, routers, servers, substantial communications facilities and all related peripherals.

Backup tapes are stored in a secure, permanent vault. Alternatively, data files stored via our online backup system are stored in an onsite secure SAN unit and available for immediate restoration.

Annual tests are performed to ensure that your system operates properly. Test results are documented for your assurance and that of your management team and auditors. If a disaster is declared,our goal is to keep your downtime to a minimum.
